Shipping Policy

1st Souk currently markets and delivers throughout the United Arab Emirates.

UAE delivery charges

• Orders of AED 100 or more: Free delivery.
• Orders below AED 100: AED 10 delivery fee.

Estimated delivery time

• Dubai: 1–2 days.
• Other UAE emirates: 2–3 days.

Delivery estimates begin after your order is confirmed. Delays can occasionally occur because of an incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order confirmation and delivery

Orders are fulfilled manually using approved courier services, including Quiqup or OTO. Cash-on-delivery orders may be confirmed by phone, email, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please provide a complete UAE address and a reachable mobile number.

When tracking is available, we will share it by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please inspect your parcel on delivery and contact us promptly if it arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

GCC orders

We may be able to deliver to other GCC countries on request. GCC delivery charges, estimated delivery time, customs duties, taxes, and availability are confirmed separately before the order is accepted. Contact hello@1stsouk.com before placing a GCC order.
